Frequently Asked Questions

Does registration cost anything?

No. Creating an account with Almacenes Revilla is free and takes only a few minutes. You only pay if you win a lot.

Are my bids anonymous?

Yes. Other visitors can only see your bidder ID, for example “Bidder #4827”. Your name and personal details remain private.

What fees do I pay on top of the winning bid?

A low transaction fee applies to each lot:

• Up to €5,000: 5%
• €5,000–€25,000: 3%
• Above €25,000: 1%

There are no fixed minimum fees. All fees are shown at checkout before payment. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

How do I pay?

Once you win a lot, we will send you the contract and payment document. Full payment must be made by bank transfer within 48 hours of receiving these documents.

How does transport work?

Once the machinery has been paid in full, you can either arrange collection from our premises or have it delivered to your location. Transport arrangements and costs will be confirmed with you after the sale.

Can I inspect a machine before bidding?

Yes. If the auction schedule allows enough time, you are welcome to visit and inspect the machine before bidding. Viewings are available by appointment.

Is there a reserve price?

Some lots may have a reserve price. If a reserve price applies, the machine will only be sold once the minimum required bid has been reached.
